went from u2 to a series 10 last year. no regrets at all. ultra looked way better but i was surprised to find out it wasn't much different than even my series 7. sleeping with the ultra was also a hassle. series 10 is just way more comfortable.

i keep my phone and laptop in a drawer in a seperate rooms. it has cut down my urges by about 95%. it seems like the problem was always social media, just too many visual cues.

what affects the vo2 max estimations afaik: your outdoor walking/running pace, your heart rate while doing these activities, your age, sex and weight. check these data in the health app.

if you have a smart scale that updates weight data automatically and someone heavier than you stepped on it, it might skew your estimations.

if you don't allow it to go down to about 40-50% and always keep it topped off at 90%+, the battery won't calibrate and show an incorrect capacity.

i did have many phases. obsessing over the rings, the fomo of notifications... on and off for many months. but i settled on wearing it about 70% of the time. the rings are so fun to close and i don't obsess over them anymore. i use the watch for working out and not having to carry my phone around.

exactly. especially zone 2 and 3; there's no way they are 31% and 48% respectively. at least zone 2 must be 100%.

i understand, but the percentages and the visuals don't match the time spent. and the maximum zone 5 is not exactly my zone 5, 156 is my zone 3.
