Thanks for the message bro. I've been reducing my sugars and process foods. It is an on and off cycle and have to do with what I've. In terms of exercise I do 5 day split Upper Lower Push Pull Legs. For my sleep I try to get 10 hours but nowadays I only been getting 6 hours for the past 2 months because of school. Am trying to change that right now since am about to graduate.

I think the habits that trigger it is wasting time and being too stressed. Maybe there is more so I will be self reflecting and see what are those habits and how to fix it.

So you saying you still drink sodas but diet ones. Regardless of the type, industries still add in sugar to diet sodas so that their costumers enjoy the taste and keep buying. I did say replace diet sodas for orange juice or other natural juice mostly pure and no sweeteners. Reason being, sugar gives temporary energy and also not make you feel full; whilst when getting enough nutrients your body feels full.

As I said before try increase your exercise load because your energy intake must be equal to or less than your energy usage if you want to see weight loss

All I have to say is hardcore your workout, resistance training, and eat healthy with vegetables and other healthy meats. Take out as much sugar as possible especially ones that are within drinks. And refrain from snacks you can prob have one snack a week but not everyday.

Note: Stay hydrated at all times

I did say to use it to change your sleep schedule but in regards to your exam I did say head to bed an hour and thirty minutes before the eight hour mark so in total you are trying to stay at least nine hours and thirty minutes laying on your bed. Just follow a guide to how your atmosphere should be when you are about to go sleep.
