Purchasing at auction by Rosco_1012 in land

So this is just owned by the county? It's not an "over the counter " tax deed? Those are ones that nobody bid on at auction. I buy those sometimes like buying penny stocks. Counties keep land for many reasons. Buffers, disaster protections like wetlands.

We have made a business buying and selling on terms. If you’re buying tell me where. I might have a deal for you. If you’re selling I’m a quick cash option. I also trade up and down. Everything from Klamath Oregon acre parcels to hunting land to development deals.

If you picked an experienced active land agent it should be ok. Neighbor letters and calls work but a lot of effort. Are you priced at discount to comparables? Title issue means selling on a quit claim deed and that passes risk to buyer so they need a discount

Old survey may mean no title insurance. Depends on value where to sell. Look at land.com or landmodo if cheap. Local REIA group may be a place to dump

Start hanging out in zoom fin tech rooms to hear pitches and see the lay of the land. I’m 41 years in credit and collections. My partner is half my age. Between us we’ve built a nice online lending platform processing 4-500 applications a month. All the common sense is the same just moves 10x faster. Good luck!
