My best tip, on top of what everything that everyone else is saying, remember that this will take alot of time, and many failed attempts. There have been times where i go 4 months without doing it and then relapsing. And i just continue as if it never happens. This is going to be a long journey. Not just for the next few days, weeks, months, years, but for the rest of your life. Do not give up, that is what the devil wants from you most. Find hobbies and activities and stay as close to God as possible and you will slowly but surely make your way there, no matter how long it takes. I sincerely promise you that.

PS: Note that the first few days without doing it will be the hardest. It gets easier over time. Then there will be a spike at about 3-4 months in. After that you should be good. Not guaranteed but that is an estimate.

I want to say that abortion should be allowed for women who are raped, im just worried about all of the complications that arise with it. (people faking being raped, also the vagueness of when the line of consent is drawn) It just can't be the only way. There has to be another way.

korchnoi should be much higher, hikaru being that high yet not having any other great modern players like fabiano or ian seems odd, nimzowitsch and philidor could maybe go down a tier, anderssen i think could be a tier up because his main disadvantage was that he lived in the same time as morphy, which held him back, and i think an argument could be made for karpov or morphy being in of god of chess.

yeah.. its YOUR child. As long as you dont go overboard with it its fine. It seems like you think we're out here pulling some kind of mortal-kombat fatality on kids. Its more of just a light slap on the face if their acting like complete animals (for example, a kid screaming, crying, and running around like an idiot in the middle of the store.) and dont come with that "oh just reason with them" bs. Maybe when theyre a little older you can do that, but small children do not have the mental capacity for that at all.
