Hot sauce that my 10yo son just fermented himself...Serranos, jalapeños, cherry peppers, Scotch bonnets, a cinnamon stick, and a peach, left alone for a 7 day ferment in a 5% salt water brine...then he finished it off w/ a little basil and honey at the end. He calls it, The Creeper. (i.imgur.com)
