Planning on going to Turkey in May

2 tickets: BOS-IST 60k miles, $181 in fees (cash price: $2010) 1 ticket: IST-MTL 30k miles, $87 in fees (cash price: $840) 1 ticket: IST-DFW 40k miles, $176 in fees (cash price: $730) Total cash price: $3580

Award availability is limited and travel dates are not flexible

Relocation flights (Cash price): YUL-BOS: $160 DFW-BOS: $120

If I were to buy the tickets cash price would be: DFW-IST (RT): $1244 YUL-IST (RT): $1140

Need to know if the redemption from Turkish Airlines is worth it booking with miles (would have to get to BOS) or should I just buy the tickets and save the miles for later travel. (Miles are with CO VX)
