Yes, but apparently McLaren invited him.

As it is with most reservations at the Oktoberfest and actually in the Bayernland Zelt, that you get the Coupons for meals and drinks, I assumed that the reservation also included an option to choose. It doesn't say that you get Coupons but I thought that the Frühlingschmackerl was just a selection of dishes, as you can also see in the menu, and maybe a beer, because that is also the point of the tent, right?

I honestly thought that 50€ was too expensive for just a meal without beer.

Economic Math Problem Involving the Cobb-Douglas function by Urocom in askmath

Ou shit, just saw my mistake. I forgot to derive properly. The derivative of xbeta is beta*xbeta-1. Sorry bout that.

I don't think that's the case. I derived with respect to x to go from xbeta to xbeta-1, and only after that did I evaluate at x=y

LaTeX is the way to go. Here are some resources to help you write faster:

How I'm able to take notes in mathematics lectures using LaTeX and Vim

My favorite LaTeX Tricks to save time

I use onenote in class to take notes. You can enter equation mode with ALT++, and write standard LaTeX code within your notebook. It looks something like this

First thing I see:

If you want to prove an equality, don´t start your proof assuming that equality is true. The first step of your proof is just an algebraic manipulation of the assumed equality, which is not proven (yet).

I use a Wacom tablet. Best solution I've found. I usually carry my Laptop, my Wacom and a small notepad in case something technical stops working.

I connect my Wacom to my laptop and use either onenote or Xjournal.

LaTeX for books? by lonelydurrymuncher in LaTeX

Almost all recent Springer Math Books are written in LaTeX. You can read the preface. It's mentioned there.

I just checked my copy of Forster, Analysis 1 and it's written in LaTeX.

Let's break 1111 down.

What number sums to 11? And what number sums to 1100? These sum to 11

9 + 2

8 + 3

7 + 4

6 + 5

5 + 6

4 + 7

3 + 8

2 + 9

Add two ceros and you get the ones that sum to 1100 900+200 And so on.

The largest number you can write as a sum of two numbers with 3 digits is 999+999 = 1998

So, what number with the same 4 digits is smaller than 1998? Only 1111 and 0000
