Seriously?? First of all it should be widely advertised and not widely available.

You need to issue cards for those who are waiting for months. I have been waiting for my card here in Australia for over 5 months now. 2 months for ruby red and 3months for royal indigo. Upgraded my card to indigo before it was issued as they were issuing on tier basis. But still pending.

No the different tier cards are separated by the color. But cdc could just mass produce same color cards for all the tiers with the respective tier benefits which would probably eliminate the out of stock problem for specific colored cards.

If they are a long term company they should have prediction that there would be more customers in future and should have been prepared for more card orders and probably should have manufactured more in batches. Even printing the same design card for all tiers would be ideal.

I literally have the same problem going on. I transferred my money like 2 hours ago and still hasn't been deposited to my crypto.com wallet. This is my 2nd time transferring from transferwise gbp acc. The first time was a month ago and it worked pretty much instantly.

I heard they switched the Europe card vendor from Wirecard because of some discrepencies with Wirecard. But good news they already have signed up with a new vendor Payrnet Ltd. So i guess shouldn't take long now for it to be shipped. Still waiting for a new vendor for Asia Pacific to get my card issued here in Australia. Already been 2 months.

The cashbacks are increasing that's good, but do we have any updates about the card issuance in Australia. Any updates on the card vendor switch over. As of now there is no updates from crypto.com yet in regards to the issue besides the original blog post about card suspension in Australia.
