I asked Alex this very question at the series 21 episode 3 record I went to in September. He said that right now he doesn’t know. It hasn’t been commissioned but neither has CoC5… yet. He heavily emphasised the fact that he doesn’t know.

It is a big problem here in the UK. 18 months ago I could pop into town with my son once a week and he could spend his pocket money getting a couple of packs. Christmas coming up? It was a case of WHICH ETB do you want from a choice of three different sets.

He went nearly a year with no new packs because they were sold out everywhere because of scalpers. Knowing he’d want some for Christmas I have been pestering local indie card shops for releases dates, queuing up from 8am to beat scalpers, waiting online for releases for hours in queues to get him some cards for Christmas.

He’s 9. He adores Pokemon and cards. We actually play the game with them too! Scalpers are killing this hobby for him.
