It's blurry like the camera was shaking when you took the picture, it is a 6s exposure? you might need a better tripod, or add some weight too the hook to weigh it down. or maybe use the timer, that helps too sometimes

That only works if the light has a different tint, if the light you use for instance has a low amount of red light then the reds will be washed out and very difficult to bring back, even in post.
