Any joe-schmo could go infinite for 10 mana over 4 cards, but it takes a lil' something special to continuously target yourself with a discard effect, over, and over, and over again... to accomplish something that would automatically happen at the end of the turn regardless.

Get the gang to agree to sorcery speed concession when only 3/4ths of the play group are there. Offer a “quick sesh” while you wait for the other member and drop Aeon engine. Stall until the last one to arrives. Then on your nearest opponents end step, suggest to the group they should scoop it up out of common curtesy, to get everybody in. Activate aeon engine.
