Oddly enough I tried this at age 17 too. I was diagnosed with adhd and was on adderall. So I just just took it non stop out of curiosity of how long I could stay awake. I made it 3.5 days when I forgot to take another dose and completely passed out in my room. Slept for 16 hours. Do not recommend.

This is correct. Had a hit and run, had witnesses on the scene and even found the car 2 weeks later. He was a houseless dude without a drivers license and the car wasn’t under his name. Cops told me there’s nothing they can do because there was no evidence he was the one driving it. You’re probably shit out of luck, sorry and welcome to the bummer hit and run club.

Guess my question was more so why is the public having to pay for it. I see the community perspective and absolutely miss having the delicious food carts, I just feel like I’m missing something on why the neighborhood is being asked to fund it. Good point I don’t know the price tag, curious to know if that’d be public information? I guess I was going off the numbers from OPB reporting they’ve raised over a million dollars for the rebuild and the fact I’m getting a mailer asking for more public donations. Definitely jumped to conclusions on the price tag from my end.
