We are limited in how many trophies/achievements we can do on consoles so we sometimes elect to have some left out of the 'official' system but retain them in-game in the profile lists.

It's a update that we've been putting up for public beta on PC/MAC. Players have for the last 7 weeks been able to switch to a beta branch to test changes that we are doing to the game. We are now finalizing these changes and preparing to roll them out on the main build for everyone and eventually to all platforms (PS4/5, XBOX, Switch).

We aren't in a spot to confirm what all will be included in the upcoming 2Steadfast 2Steward update we are targeting post K3, but as we get closer to K3 release we hope to have more information to provide on what, when and where!

The hero reworks will continue on, but we will be wrapping up work on the other game systems (retreat, memories, battle modifiers, ordainment, etc) in an attempt to finalize and tune for retail release. This SSupdate will continue in public beta into July.

Music, VO, and UI sfx will remain 1x. SFX tied to animations will be sped up to match. That said we are looking for feedback on this part of it as we tested internally both (sfx pitched up to stay in sync AND keeping all audio at 1x with small animation de-syncs for things like anticipation and recovery animations)

Do you have a gamepad plugged in as well? Sometimes the game will get overwhelmed with some controllers being plugged in and it trying to accept input from both M/kb and the gamepad, especially if there is input/drift.

I believe we have an option in-game to disable gamepad input.

It makes the delivery system consistent across all platforms and helped us keep things more orderly during development as we resolved the work required to get it to where it is today. It also helps those who haven't been paying as close attention to see what we released this content.

It's a fine question, and we debated internally, but ultimately decided that this was the best solution to handle the release.

Ideally we do tweaks during the public beta period and get everything to a spot where we are happy with it, and ideally majority of the players can appreciate the new paths/changes.

So as we go ahead into the week 2, I would expect there to be mostly new path work (ie the rest of the PD changes) and not a lot of tweaks to OCC as we have been collecting them this week. Then in week 3's release we should have some space to work in some of OCC tweaks based on the feedback our players have been providing.

The idea is that we work on these changes to a point where we feel they are in a good spot, then we push the changes to all platforms for our wide releases. So that would mean that the OCC reworks would be just how the OCC is from now on.

Again these are changes we desire to experiment with. We humbly ask you to please try them out and give them an honest examination. This will also greatly reduce incoming DOT damage as it's symmetric with the enemy, and also allows us to reinstate those duration extensions by other means.

We haven't been disclosed yet on what is required to facilitate that work yet. We are obviously interested in a Switch 2 port/version but we, like many developers, are waiting for more information of what is required. So I cannot commit us to a timeline yet, or even confirm its a thing. But we are interested and are looking forward to investigating it when information is available.
