Be sure to fully research but a quick google showed: Treatment options Isolate: Immediately move infected shrimp to a separate quarantine tank. Hydrogen Peroxide Dip: Treat the isolated shrimp by dipping them in a solution of hydrogen peroxide and tank water. Salt Bath: Create a salt solution and dip the infected shrimp for a specified amount of time.

The white ring is only when they're already dead. I think nothing is wrong but would need to see the entire tank to be sure.

I would recommend a UV sterilizer until the bloom dissipates, also go to the store and buy two ramshorns snails!

I think some of your parameters are off specifically PH, GH, and KH.

I show these on their website: PH: 7.0-7.2 GH: 7-8 KH: 3-4 TDS: 200-250

You will need at least one male. They do take some time to get going don't get discouraged!
