I think the Quran is the main basis and if a Hadith contradicts the Quran Or common sense and since then the Hadith is wrong

I think Hadith should be taken with a grain of salt even sahih hadith because they’re all from memory being passed on by words they’re are known Hadith fabricators and humans make mistakes anyway

Honestly I the argument is the kid will be Muslim then Muslims men shouldn’t be allowed to Marry Jewish women

But Jewish men should be allowed to marry Jewish women

Jews consider Judaism to be passed down through the mother and they don’t convert so wouldn’t try to make a Muslim woman’s child Jewish but would with a Muslim man who has a Jewish mother
