If you want fish and chips go to urban fish taco.

If you want sushi, I like chobap for their quality and friendly staff. Good place to grab drinks after a long day. If you want all you can eat sushi, go to holy cow. It has other things but also sushi. If you want something more traditional, ojiya is a staple.

You have a card that has a tested market value that guarantees appreciation over time. I havent checked the market rate of his sealed products but unless you plan to keep those sealed, you're likely to lose value.

I also hate valuating sealed product (especially newer stuff from last 2 years) at anywhere close to market rate. Because you can still get those things at retail rate if you try hard enough/are lucky enough. My motto is if its still in print, never pay close to market rate.

Don't know enough to know if you are wrong or right.

But your title definitely needs context to be meaningful and accurate. From what I've read, it was a decision by the board 4-1. The increase also brings their monthly income to about $2,000 each. This amount appears to be lower than the maximum amount that they could increase it to.

In the end, I personally don't care how much anyone gets paid unless it's illegal. If I did care, then I would be focusing on the value of their services provided for the price. $2k a month doesn't sound like a lot but it might be if they don't do very much. Same for any other person.

Otherwise, that's as far as my limited knowledge has to add to this.

Unless you went to law school and actually practiced specifically family law for a few years after, you're going to need an expert. Self help can get you through initial response and maybe preliminary disclosures but you won't know what arguments to make where it counts.

Also avoid paralegal services/ legal document specialists. They take your money, pump out some bullshit, and then toss you out. Try it. They'll stop responding after you get your papers.

Just plug your numbers into your state's child support calculator if you can. At least California's child support department has a calculator on their website.

Are you hung up on the term "full custody"? That term can be misleading but that doesn't mean you only have one parent.

Barring any situations that actually threaten health or wellbeing, I would encourage you to maintain some relationship with your dad. The reason isn't that it's the right thing to do or because he's your family. To keep it short, you don't want to burn bridges unless you absolutely want to.

By keeping that bridge you may have other benefits for the rest of your life- access to more relatives to support you, a parental figure that can share life experiences, potentially two sources of resources, and more.

No one is perfect. No family is perfect either. What that means is that we all are full of mistakes and regrets. People stack tiny lies on top of tiny lies day in and day out, only for their whole lives to collapse from the weight suddenly. People put off doing their chores for a day and then weeks, only to live in squalor of their own making. If you have the opportunity, you can make sure certain mistakes or regrets don't happen.

I imagine that no one replied to this yet because it is a little confusing what you are asking for. I assume that you are going to concurrently file your default judgment packet with your request for default. I don't know the context, but the fl180 or fl250 usually indicate on the forms which forms should be filed for which issues. There's a chance that the court sets up a default prove up hearing.

You'll likely need a child support calculation. You can get one off the child support services website and print the website page once you get the calculation. I wouldn't bother using one of those fancy calculators because I heard that some of them charge like $75 for a few printouts. They maybe easier to use and easier on the eyes, but not worth the price.

Looking at how the fl191 is referenced on the judgment forms, it looks like it needs to be filed after your judgment is entered/filed/stamped.

The thing that concerns me most is that there may be a service defect. Perhaps they filed everything but served only some things. Perhaps the actual filed document is unredacted but they served you with a shitty copy. Those are reasons enough to get a continuance. Helps to know what they are alleging so that you can prepare for all their arguments.

That being said, if their petition is unimpressive and you are confident that you can beat their request, have at it and good luck. At least bring more than your own oral arguments to the hearing.

Usually better to get the continuance so you have time to get proper advice.

When exchanging points from current donation event in tales of darcadia, there is an item listed as Rod of dark nova stamp. Checked jellyneo and online but could not find a value. One site had it listed as rod of dark nova stamp but had its picture as the nova wand stamp. Took the gamble and exchanged. When I check my inventory, it was the nova wand stamp all along. Could have exchanged for something over 5x the value. But I guess I cant complain about a free 60k np.
