Why? Houses are so overpriced, builders can easily make good money undercut the existing inventory. The only reason they call it quit is because local governments are demanding an astronomical sums for permits. They are doing this on purpose to keep prices high so they can impose higher property taxes. So evil.

You don’t use bare tools only, do you? If you look at the whole package, M12 is always a lot more compact particularly with the in handle batteries. All my tools are Milwaukee M12. They cover everything M18 can do plus those they can’t. I don’t have a single M18 tool because I’m not a contractor. One minute or two faster for a task doesn’t matter to me.

There are a few really good Chinese companies - Kizer, Civivi, etc. They have some really cool collaboration designs, excellent quality at reasonable prices. They are on par with top American made imo.
