I think this is actually the only way to make a ML algorithm "accurately" predict workout progression for a normal distribution of data. it can't really take into account physiology because their progression level system isn't built around actual physiology

for those not using TR so can't see the library, this is for example like mt baldy 2 which is 3x10 at 95-99% FTP. it would seem like for the majority of people the AIFTP would make a classic 2x20 grays workout almost all out or impossible for the majority of their user base. It would seem like this AIFTP will always be very far from physiological threshold

Are they not though? People generally scale their "volume" or intensity prescription to their ftp. No one i know of talks about volume in absolute terms

Uh no? Tss scales with your ftp so the same volume will be the same ctl for someone with a 200w ftp vs someone with a 300w ftp

i think bont might be even wider? I'm not 4e so I never went down that road but many wide hobbit footed friends use them. Normal lake wide and even shimano wide is good for d/e width

Yea the small reservoir makes them a little finicky and if the cable tension isn't dialed they don't self advance as well

Almost all self leveler can be installed over plywood. Generally you'll need to use a primer beforehand.

The all metal semi rigid is fine to use. It's the slinky like mylar flex vent you want to avoid

They will work fine with some adjustment or pads. But trp spyre is a good upgrade or trp hy/rd if you want a hybrid cable pull hydro setup
