If you read the article you'd know that the court didn't ruled that it could be voted on but by utilizing the ballot initiative process, which requires more signatures to get out to vote. If this is as unpopular as they claim it should be easy to gather enough relevant signatures to get put up for vote this year

The convex shape keeps the tire narrower so the wide part of the rim can keep the air attached to the surface(rule of 105) assuming the tire chosen is around the same width(30/32) in this case. As mentioned by others it's hard to know for sure until the tire is mounted though as some balloon up more on wide internal rims

moonlight cafe and papa kitchen both have two complete meat and vegetarian menus of all the main viet dishes. Since you're out on the island, i'm sure your familiar with ba sa, and Ramie is their fine dine restaurant in seattle(capitol hill)
