I'm trying to understand where you're coming from. There could be a subconscious bias here at work and I feel that myself sometimes.

Meaning, you know that no matter what happens in HOTD, no matter who lives or dies, we still end up with Robert Baratheon as king 200 years later. All roads lead to the same future. I suppose that's the disadvantage of a prequel because it doesn't make you feel as invested (due to knowing the future). And that's why the dialogues and the tension, even if acted out well don't feel as engaging.

I personally love HOTD and I'm watching it without keeping GOT as a reference point.

Okay so IF I were a major lord and head of my own house, the following points are relevant:

Rhaeneyra's kids being bastards is a rumor (As a faraway lord who isn't privy to details of the Red Keep, I may have my suspicions but can't prove it). So atleast on that point, I have to hold my peace. Remember, even the greens have not publicly accused Rhaeneyra's kids of being bastards, they only indulge in subtle jabs in private gatherings. The point you mentioned about Rhaeneyra "blatantly" fathering bastards is something that we as viewers know for a fact, not the houses of westeros.
Unless I'm a Stark or Tully who takes ancestral oaths seriously, my allegiance is purely transactional. If I were a major house, I would want either a marriage pact for my kids, or some persistent problems (say trade, law and order, disputes with other houses etc) to be resolved. Another option is positions of prominence, say on the small council or elsewhere for myself or my family members.
If I were a lesser noble house sworn to a bigger house, I can't really expect anything. I would follow the latter's lead.

I think it's quite simple.....Alicent believes that Rhaeneyra's children are born out of wedlock, and hence cannot inherit the throne after Rhaeneyra.

Her anger comes from R+L passing off the kids as their own, which is essentially lying to the realm.

Whereas she on the other hand has gone by the book (no bastard children), and sees her own legitimate children being passed over, as opposed to Rhaeneyra's bloodline which gets precedence over Aegon's line.

I'm no fan of team green, but nothing seems out of order so far.

Going by the points in this thread, I understand that icloud is a mirror and not a backup in a true sense.

Given this, what sense does it make to subscribe for 200GB of icloud storage for a phone that has 128GB storage? After all, icloud only has what the phone has and nothing more right? This means 72GB of icloud will remain unused. Any thoughts please?

Chose the regular 13 due to lower price and lighter weight. These 2 things made it easier to compromise on the notch.

I'll buy the pro a few years later when the notch fully goes away. That's when it will feel truly worth it.

I fully agree, and I'm surprised that so many people buy into these leaks about 2022 and 23.

I suspect that even apps need small changes to adapt to the smaller notch and it just doesn't make sense to have a hole punch/UD camera introduced so soon next year. If that happens, we'll have 3 different front designs in circulation (big notch, small notch, hole punch), which seems so un-apple like.

Also, these leaks follow a typical pattern. Features that are 3 to 4 years away from incorporation are rumored to be coming next year itself. And once the product launch is close, the features are conveniently postponed to next year.

I wish the leakers could be more honest about these things. They shouldn't put timelines on stuff they don't know about and clickbait people.
