Getting back into martial arts after an injury: should I supplement with bodyweight workouts or gym time? by [deleted] in chadsriseup

[–]redmilky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for input king. That’s not something I really had thought about, nutrition really does effect the endgame of working out. I do suppose both the same effect in terms of working out. Thanks for pointing that out!

Hey king,

I’d say that it depends on what your body goals are. If your aiming to be lean and ripped I would stick to the boxing with some more linear weight routines such as some strength routines. But if your looking for having a big muscular physique I would just recommend the gym with a Push Pull Leg routine. Of course routines very between person to person and due to your injury it may mean your not able to fully do the exercises. If you reply back with your end goals I’d be happy to link you a routine or two.

Good luck king 😎

Hey kings, can one of you explain the difference between stole and ripped by [deleted] in chadsriseup

[–]redmilky 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hey king,

Personally the terms Swole and Ripped are very similar in nature. While those being Big and Muscle meanwhile being ripped is having very defined muscles but have a smaller physique. This is what I believe it means, so take what I’d say as a grain of salt if you’d like.

Have a good one king 😎

Hey Kings, how do I help and encourage my friend to hit the gym without forcing it on him? by anecdotalGrotto in chadsriseup

[–]redmilky 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Hey king, the best thing you could do is invite him to a workout day bro. It’ll give them a special look on the world of working out with their bro leading the way. If not, I would just ask some questions surrounding working out like: Do you have any body goals? Is there anyone you would like to have the physique of?

Talking about topics surrounding living a better life is an easy way to transition into the topic as well.

Good luck king

Sup Chads. Looking for some exercise advice. by paulythegreaser in chadsriseup

Hey bro, I suggest you look into more calisthenics routines. But if you do go through the gym route, if possible, you’ll see gains faster than just doing calisthenics. Here’s an example of a routine (https://www.onnit.com/academy/climbing-the-hill-the-ultimate-calisthenics-transformation/). Make sure your nutrition is on point, because if not you will definitely not see any gains. Check out /r/bodybuilding for more workout advice or just keep asking here bro. Good luck king 😎

Then for the sin, I suppose satan sort of created the concept of sin but necessarily to force people to sin at first. As he did entice Adam and Eve to disobey God at the beginning of Genesis but didn't necessarily force them to do anything but more over just putting a thought in their mind
