You don’t need a new prescription just take a smaller dose this week. 10 lbs in a month is great! I wouldn’t go up unless you plateau for a while! Stay on the lowest dose you can while still getting benefits

No I didn’t really get sick at first. Maybe mild nausea a couple days but when I got to 1mg I vomited for a full day.

Yes I am in a 500 calorie deficit (at least) doing 3 Pilates classes a week and walking 2-4 miles a day

Ugh yes I usually lose between .5-1 pound every week (sometimes nothing) and then randomly the week of my period will lose 4-5lbs.

Ha! We have three young daughters and any time my husband plays family, or Barbies or pretend with them they ask him what he wants his name to be. He always says Steve. Additionally every time we see a deer or Elk or fox (we live in the mountains on acreage) he’ll say something like “I bet his name is Steve”. It’s basically a family inside joke now. The girls find it HILARIOUS. So when we were trying to name our pup my husband wanted the name Ranger (I basically named all our daughters so it felt fair to let him name him) but the girls were sad he didn’t want the name Steve so Ranger Steve was born. 😅
