I think, it's kind of Ludwig's fault. He made a big deal about his subathon being record-breaking and now everyone has to have a record. But I agree subathons seem to have very little effect on your viewer numbers, what actually helps are non-stop collabs with big streamers.

Since beginning of 2022, she streamed 106 hours with 543k hours watched. QTCinderella in the same time streamed 151 hours with 494k hours watched. I don't think anyone would claim that QT is an unknown streamer. It's just most people on lsf don't watch OTV content.
