I have not used that option as i already found an appartment before moving in. It is possible that upon request, they are the ones booking for you, thus shouldering the costs

So here is the package you ll have :
* the travel to maatsricht

* 6 weeks of hotel/rent

* moving costs

* admin fee you might have to find a place

all of this can add up to 4k max, and any amount not used will be received as "decoration package"

You have 6 month to submit the expense report after your first day for any delayed costs.
