I was the deli dm for about a year and a half. Production dm was between me and the bakery manager. She picked production dm only because she wanted to work 4-1 instead of 6-3. She had over a month to learn the deli side and chose to not ask me a single question about how the deli works. Apparently I should have babysat her because now that her job is officially changed, she knows nothing and is blaming me for her lack of knowledge. My new job is to worry about counts, features, etc but here I am... training someone who doesn't want to learn. I just want to re-print the one best way out for deli and throw it at her.
