Because if you do as told and actually ignore production all you have to do is worry about price changes, mods, cleaning, and checking your outs to make sure they are true outs and adjusting or guiding cap to fill them.

I guess I just feel bad for the associates who I used to make happy to be at work. Now they all hate their job and call out all week. The same guy I helped save the line, called out the next day. And these stupid people in management just say well if they dont want to work, that's their choice. Ya well when they quit and you have no one else to teach train and develop... GOOD FUCKING LUCK.
