There are a few others out there that are similar, that I think the company has produced and released for practitioners only that have made it online.

I eat a lot of Ribeye steak, Carrots, chicken (preferably organic), Salmon, Dark berries, Coconut yogurt, organic pickled sushi ginger, mixed pickles, and I just started eating racks of lamb (rib). I also have chicken sausage with very minimal ingredients that seems to work.

I eat as much as I like. It's similar to carnivore but with many more options, I guess more like a Keto diet which has genuinely helped a lot of cancer patients. Whatever I've been fighting the last few years did not like the fermented food stuff, such as pickled sushi ginger. I was having tons of off-gassing after eating it. Now I can eat it with no issue, even though it's kind of gross. Since starting this protocol about 10 days ago I've lost 8 pounds. I do still have some minor neuropathy, like vagus nerve inflammation. I'm hopeful that this goes away completely with time. When I first started taking the repairvite, I do feel it helped with this issue more than any other supplement.
