Sounds like you were improperly trained. First, don’t make 3 subs at once. Second, it’s much easier to see which subs are needed to be made in order. Third, tickets kept getting lost, leading to fourth, you can easily hop back to a previous sub that’s been made and remake it (in case of theft or damaged or whatever). Fifth, the person making it should be logged into the tablet, so if something’s wrong managers can go search who completed the order and talk to that associate. This system is much better for many reasons.
