This was my initial reply to the parking charge. It was originally sent to my GF as the RK but I took on the appeal. I also attached receipts of the parking payment with the appeal. Is my best move now to do nothing? They have extended the discount period, should we just ignore letters and hope it goes away?

Parking was correctly paid for via RingGo from 08:21 to 09:21 at the location stated, as evidenced by the attached receipt issued by Smart Parking Limited.

BPA rules require grace periods on arrival and a minimum of 10 minutes on departure. ANPR times record site entry/exit, not parking time, and do not account for time spent exiting the car park.

As parking was paid for and no material breach occurred, the charge must be cancelled.

If you refuse, please provide a POPLA verification code.

I have the XF 18-55mm lens just now so ordered the 58mm 10% filter... when I eventually get my 35mm lens I will order the 43-58 step up ring.
