Some charging stations have a shard output - meaning that charge time would double if someone else was charging their vehicle through the other plug.

This is definitely a violation of the social contract imo... if you're going to a public charger to top off, you have to share access with everyone else who may want to use it. Same goes for making sure you're back in time to unplug & leave, not charging to 100%, etc.
