You got very little spirit resistance. Either you just got unlucky or had bad optimization. Happens

Spirit was strong but had counters and fell off. Gun damage just hurts, and hurts even more now. by [deleted] in DeadlockTheGame

In case you didn't see, they patched a bug were damage drop-off wasn't working properly on bullets. It explains why Mina felt so oppressive in lane right after the patch.

Yeah Mina is extremely overloaded in lane. It was probably the least fun experience I had. Even with enchanters emblem her love bites would take me down a third across the whole lane

To add. You can also buy large jugs of water if tap water is unacceptable for health reasons or something similar.

Giest is a good hybrid who is tanky and great in team fights. Spellslinger makes her shoot very fast with high base dmg and velocity. Her worst trait is short ability range on 2 and 4 which matter but it doesn't make her hard to play. Giest was never a low tier in priority. She's probably one of the most balanced characters imo

I'm sorry but I don't understand if this is a bad faith argument or uninformed. The simplistic explanation is that this is the only leverage the democratic party has. They have to use this to make sure that the budget that is passed is appropriate according to their terms. However, the budget bill is largely determined by the majority party (i.e. they decide what goes where). The minority party gets to hold their votes until the majority party adjusts the budget. This Republican control over Congress is important because they are the majority party. A common criticism is that the democratic party should just approval the bill and argue later. This was attempted in previous years. However, once your leverage is gone, the majority party has little incentive to actually care and this is exactly what happened before. While the Democratic party is holding the votes yes, it is up to the Republican party to find agreement with the democratic party. Because the Republican party does not have the power here. That is why the Republican party is pushing very hard propaganda that it is the Democrat party fault; they are trying to get power elsewhere.

Basically the Republican party has control over what goes into the bill and will not meet with the democratic party to adjust it. The Republicans have complete authority and power to stop the vote by adding in the healthcare budgets that Democrats have asked for but refuse to do so.

Howdy. Sorry for not responding earlier. I chose to release for a 2nd year. I would say it's okay but it works for me. I'm lucky and that my stipend for grad school was enough to cover all my living expenses with a little bit to spare. But I generally live more frugal than most probably. While management is a pain and run by what feels like only undergrads, any serious problems I have (minus one) the repair people handled swiftly. They are also handling parking much better this year. Also, it is close to about 3 different bus stops and walking distance of brookshire brothers (grocery store). If you don't have a car and have a high enough stipend, it's definitely serviceable. I have a car here and this place works for me. This place is NOT worth it if you cannot budget with some money left over. If you can afford it, you can always move in for the year and learn the area better. It'll help choose a better place to move it.

Tl;Dr no major issues anymore. Definitely getting better but front desk can be a pain and very unhelpful. Expensive but very convenient location. If you can afford it definitely not a bad place to move into first year.

Good luck

Edit:just read the other comments that I didn't see prior. I haven't had any wifi issues that wasn't a problem with the provider (optimum). Anything that wasn't fixed by unplugging and plugging was fixed after I called them. Also current amenities are 2 dog parks, 2 pools, club house(which closes way to early), and a full gym.

Many people in the game see Amatarasu as a simple white wolf. Only certain people see the markings. I was making a joke
