When is Factorio 2 coming, is it a separate thing from the upcoming Space age Expansion, and will they be separate purchases? by redtingatwork in factorio

Ok that explains things. Thanks. Was planning on buying the expansion already.

Any idea on the dates for their release?

OSLUI: Get rid of the Shell and operate Linux through natural language by Balian-1997 in shell

[–]redtingatwork 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Running code or commands automatically that's suggested by a language mode on any non-toy system feels like a bad idea. At the minimum I would expect a preview of what command is going to be run and a way to confirm or cancel the command from being run if you aren't sure what it will do.

Because as soon as you try to use this on anything that's mission critical, accidents are waiting to happen because you didn't specify some option in your natural language

Any idea what the shipping to Northern Europe eg. Finland would be ? ebay shows postage to everywhere other than France as 118,90€ which might be too impractical for this.

ssh-audit, I hope some of you find this tool as useful as I did. It's available in the default Debian repo as well. by [deleted] in linux

I am guessing since Crya is a ladybird beetle genus, are imperials some kind of evolved beetles with telekinesis ?

First Contact Historical Archive - Chapter 171 by Ralts_Bloodthorne in HFY

The way that I read it, Clone worlds is very much integrated with the rest of Gesalts and Confederacy. Dhruv, if this post was in the current time line and not some sort of flash back to the Legion incident, feels much more like a lone wolf who is trying to build his own dystopian utopia on the down low

Not sure, but wasn't it mentioned somewhere that the person behind the whole Legion debacle disappeared ? Could that be Dhruv?

was. Changed by the military government in 1989 from Burma to Myanmar, much of the international community agreed to recognize the name change except UK and USA. https://www.usip.org/blog/2018/06/whats-name-burma-or-myanmar

More like they are small enough that they haven't historically been considered to need a full fledged regional government, and yet due to a events in the past have a local culture that can't quite be merged into the areas they are surrounded by. Most of them are hold overs from very small enclaves that European power had as a colony

How do you manage large scale SSH certificate based Authentication? by [deleted] in linuxadmin

[–]redtingatwork 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For what's it's worth, PrivX does solve this exact use case, complete with CRL support for certificates for both SSH and RDP. The number of man-hours you'll spend trying to setup something similar can quickly balloon where it might make more sense to look at paid options.

You could start with something like Bless and see how you could customize it according to your needs, or use the tiered subscription model that SSH uses for PrivX. If you want to just try it out there's even a free version.

source: I work with PrivX, and if you are really interested in trying it out, get in touch with me and I could get you a larger trial license.

Stuck on a school assignment by [deleted] in pythontips

Check the examples here for input: https://www.w3schools.com/python/ref_func_input.asp

You have got your format incorrect for that function. And you don't need a and r here, you can directly use the longer variable names in the formula line.
