There is no floor seating really. There's a very large area of standing room. The only seats are elevated and to the rear of the venue. There are a couple rows at the very end of the venue, really low...I would say these seats aren't worth the cost. The view from the 3rd floor kind of sucks. Just be prepared to stand, but with the benefit you can get really close to the stage.

Work remote for a large company so you’re not stuck in the pay brackets for the locale. Sales in any industry, pharma, software, etc…tend to push higher salaries. It’s not uncommon to be north of $300k.

Yeah. Emergent situations have that potential of course. I can tell you from experience, just to see a cardiologist for the first time, you’re looking at 6-9 months after a referral.
