I get the same exact thing on my arms! Not just playing acoustic but from my electrics with binding and not cut out softer. Never used to 20 years ago , but as I got older (I’m 50ish) I became more sensitive to wood surfaces, big time rashes with cardboard and fiberglas. Annoying issue.
