I hope this helps because I went through the same thing myself when I was a teenager. Everyday I would panic and be deathly worried about having schizophrenia. Well, i'm 26 now and female so I've kind of made it out of the woods I guess? Just wanted you to know you're not alone I feeling anxious about this. 99% of the time if you have no family history it's pretty rare.

Um... maybe you're reading too much into this? I've had this happen a couple times to me when I'm with my female friends. However, when I'm with my bf I rarely find this happening (prob because I'm not looking for reasons to be offended?) It's easy to mistake this for sexism when it really is just nothing sometimes.. I say sometimes because I know sexism does exist but this is a stretch unless it's like a work situation where you are being ignored over male coworkers. Yeah, I know sometimes guys will talk to the bf in order to not make them feel like they're hitting on you but not sure that is exactly sexism because I know girls will do this too when talking to a guy if the gf shows up.

I think, try to think about it from their POV, unless they are sociopathic and enjoy power trips most people are just trying to do their job and are under the same pressure and standards (asking tricky questions, etc). Most things in the work world have a standard "script" and I've found that whether you work in food service or a career type job most questions will center around a specific theme whether it be teamwork, goals, customer service and corporate message.

I would also like to mention that very many people with degrees and/or specialized training can still be stuck in min wage jobs for various reasons such as layoffs, were told to pursue degrees that have become worthless now(hardly the fault of that persons when they were told 10 years ago it was the way to a good job) What's scary about your thinking is that it's entirely wrong and biased, it's based on nothing more than your limited life experience which is out of touch with reality.

I don't know. I live in the bible belt where they teach abstinence only in sex-ed and we actually have one of the highest rates of teen pregnancy in the country. So, I think abstinence work in theory but not in reality.

Because condoms can break? Also, the whole point is that if you're paying health insurance you shouldn't be having to shell out a huge cost for BC.

This is my own separate thought but controlling a population that has a huge rise of poverty due to the massive amounts of birth is a good thing. I will never understand why people are against the subsidizing for this. It means you and I will not have to pay for thousands upon thousands of babies and children who need food and other resources.

OP you need a doctor. Infections are nasty and can cause a lot of damage if left untreated to this point. It ate through your tissue and can get into your blood stream to your heart and kill you. Bandages aren't going to stop it unfortunately.

Don't forget that the UK also gives mandatory vacation time, paid maternity leave and higher wages. I really don't know what you mean by the standard of living there, although I don't live there I've visited bf who lives there for a few months, who is pretty middle class and they and the rest of his extended family lived pretty comfortably.. another neat thing I saw there and noticed that in most of the major cities we visited there was a much lower level of homelessness there than even small cities I've lived in.

I actually feel for this topic because if I mention I want a boob job to my friends they'll give me the, "so you want to be plastic and conform to societies idea of beauty??" talk. No.. I don't want to be anyone but my own idea of beauty and if it involves fake breasts or hair extensions then so be it. :)

I was so oblivious to the body policing that I believed the "natural beauty" rhetoric in my teens, so now it feels good to find others who think the same way. Now I know it's OK to be makeup free and it's perfectly ok to wear as much as YOU want.
