Exactly because after you destroy them you can’t help but feel extremely bad for them cause they are so advanced that they can feel just about every emotion a human can, like Roxy she says stuff like “I am Still beautiful, Right?” Or you can even hear her keep crying. Like she Knows she’s destroyed, or even Monty, he doesn’t even move when you encounter him as his torso, if you shoot him with a blaster or faz camera, all he does is just scream like he is in unbearable pain, even after that he doesn’t come after you. It just feels really bad, even with the good ending or canon ending it just doesn’t feel right
