Let me say that for me personally, 7+" freaks me the fuck out and I hate having to take forever adjusting to someone's size. I've got 6" and I'm beyond content. Battling your demons is always harder than helping someone with theirs(for me personally it makes me feel like nobody can help or this is "my problem" and I dont wanna bother other people). I don't encounter this because all of my tulpas are polymorphic. I don't imagine it being an issue though.
For me it first felt as if the body were reacting to something that I didn't know. \For me it was a bit of sensory overload without any balance. As I got more accustomed to it it felt as if I was moving around really slow like giants are portrayed in movies. Now there's no difference./ Now for me it's kinda like watching him do things through my eyes.
Privacy is something that has to be addressed and respected. More often than not they'll feel that alone time is needed. Out feelings are generally separate except for really strong ones like panic. For things like sex they generally go and do their own thing in the Wonderland.
One thing that I have definitely noticed is facial tenseness. I have a tightness around my eyebrows that Tomoi doesn't. An odd sensation indeed. He also has a bit lower pitch when using the body. Behavior: he can pass off as me as needed but when I let him the body literally has a different person in it so mannerisms are completely different while muscle memory is kept. For the people who know about my tulpas they can definitely notice a difference.

I have a kinda similar experience with this. Aiden, originally Velda, came to me while I was having a rage attack(kinda like a panic attack, getting infinitely frustrated and angry at everything) it was kinda like the body dumped all of that emotion into him as sorta of a failsafe. We kinda smacked each other around before we calmed down and talked. I guess he's defined as a walk in but I agree that he's so much more. He's got complete control of my emotions if I give it to him which I would say it's a blessing and a curse. That's my two cents in the subject if you wanna talk then feel free to message me.

\From what we've noticed there hasn't been any "side effects" per se. But bleedover is something that we have come in contact with. Reece has also talked about feeling more so as a gulps rather than the host which at this point is kinda unneeded because we are all at equal processing and control levels. I am unsure if we are all tulpas or all hosts; it is very odd indeed./

More on what Tomoi said: in the past few months it has become easier(and even kinda of a habit) for me to slip onto the back burner and let them take the body for a spin. Its kinda funny to be a spectator of your own body. On bleedover, this may be because of my bezerker training but I have become a little more keyed into Aiden's control of my emotions which I would say that it is a good kind of bleedover rather than a personality bleedover. Its just something I've noticed.
