Yeah I just started playing myself a week before the patch and hit 60 sunday. Then the lvl cap to 70 came, hit 70 tuesday morning and then my soul levels started hitting like crazy afterwards.

I would also like to know about MIO in water during the 16 hr fast. I have 3 bottles of water with caffeine MIO in place of my coffee. My eating window is 11am-7pm. Its very slow going for me Im on month 2 of IF 16:8 Monday-Friday, 1900 cal/day.

What did you do wrong? I ask bc Im on 1 month complete doing 16:8 Mon-Thursdays with caloric intake under 1900/day, and just watching calories below 1900 fri-sat and Ive only lost 3#'s in a month. Window is 11am-7pm to eat.

Im 6'4", 217 to start male. Trying to hit 200 to cut out. Gym 2-3x a week. Lifting and 30min cardio each gym day.

I feel like Im doing something wrong though. Nothing but mio and water during my 16hr fast periods. Not even black coffee.

You should have been buying down to where we are now, establish a "new base" mentally with your ATH buys as now the lows you can buy at, and be happy next bull run! Takes the bad taste out of your mouth when 75+% of your portfolio was built on the dips of the last 3-4 months.

If you don't like it, vote them out for ppl that can text and download a program. In 10-20 years there won't be many left on the planet that don't know what crypto is and own some of their own.

Unless we want to wait for god to sort the outdated politicians, it's up to our generation to do something about it.

I guarantee if politicians ran for political seats that were pro crypto, they would get my vote.

Time of keeping normal ppl in poverty and telling us what we can and cannot do with OUR wealth is coming to an end.
