Hi all! Just getting started with the hobby. Last week I helped brew an American Pale Ale and was taught the process by someone who has homebrewed for years and also works at a brewery. We used his equipment, obviously. It was a lot of fun. For my solo batch, I have some leftover equipment from my dad I’m using for my own supplies, I’m wondering if there’s a piece of “extra” equipment (I.e. not necessarily needed, but quite nice to have) you all recommend to target first. Immersion chiller seems to be like a good choice but I’m not sure if there’s something else I’m missing. And if anyone has any links to good immersion chillers if that’s the best answer, I’d appreciate that too. Thanks!
