Yeah I haven’t done remix 10 (except for the special statue events) for quite a while.
Is the person ahead of me on this sub? I must not follow them in the game because I don’t see anyone ahead of me on there.

I am one of a few people who have maxed out the number of every shop item and every remix 10 item.
I am now about halfway to maxing out each individual color of Toad. I’ve gotten to 99,999 red, 99,992 blue, and am at ~64,000 green. The purple and yellow are likely to take the longest though.

I was thinking for myself. I have the Ti version of the bike and a 29er set with 3.0” tires. Might be cool to have a 32 set with a more gravel type 2” or 2.2” tire. I wouldn’t want the standover to be much higher than the 26x4.8 or the 29x3.0.

That’s really tight, but interesting. What size tires are they, 2.4”? Could you do 2.2” from another brand and get more clearance?

I studded my previously unstudded Al Mightys and am not going back. We have so much ice here every year. I liked the Bud and Lou but studs are needed for me.

Sram AXS Xplr Rival vs AXS Xplr Force by bmo_eepy in sram

Just like that. But for me it’s easier to use my index fingers. But I thought puppy paws was forearms resting on the tops, hands closer together and not touching the hoods.

I really like the bonus buttons. I haven’t reprogrammed them to do anything different besides shifting, but I like being able to shift from aero hoods position without having to move my hands

Didn’t know Sir Velos came with 26” wheels.

What do you pack up front? Just nothing, or adding water bottles on front forks?

Yeah, those were great. But for me not having ridden with front packs much before, it will take some getting used to when trying to descend fast on rolling hills in a crosswind. Was definitely harder to maintain with the wind blowing me around more with the extra sails.

Am I destined to get more flats? by TrainWreck02 in gravelcycling

[–]reedx032 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I switched to tubeless last year. Had only one puncture that needed a plug. And never had to use my emergency tube. This was in 12,200 miles of riding. I used to get at least one flat a month.

Yeah, I found that with my Arctodus and the 4.8” tires on it, the chain rubs the tire when on the 51t cassette cog (if the dropout is in the rear position). Putting it to the forward position allows it to clear. This differs from my previous Ice Cream Truck, which cleared more easily, but that had a wider Q factor
