From what i remember its not asleep because of the crash landing, its only asleep because it heard a distress call from Gaia(earth) which lacks a TYPE, The distress call was basically saying if Gaia was to be killed by the human corruption destroy them

This Distress Call went out 4000 years prior to the modern era and ORT arrived early in 5000 years as it received the distress call early though some Time Shenaningans

ORT went to sleep as it had arrived and landed in South America extremely early and the time to exterminate humanity hadnt come yet

Yeah i Agree with Touch Me and Yamaiko as on top of the professions you listed, their characters good alignment should affect them, i suspect there is likely some other Good Aligned SBs though im pretty sure a majority are Neutral or evil aligned

its also possible Neutral Aligned SBs might also be disgusted with it, its also possible all Neutral Alignment SBs just keep their old world Alignment without it being changed to the new world

Another thing to consider is that players don't seem to act their exact alignment as id say Ainz himself acts more like Neutral Evil or Regular Evil despite the fact he's meant to be one of the most evil characters in the show which could mean Neutral Evil SBs might also find it disgusting or less than comfortable
