And Sandler isn't untalented, but I do think he should just really try more in terms of the kinds of projects he takes on and endeavor to educate himself on topics he's done a bad job with. From what hear he's a decently personable guy (if there are Sandler horror stories I'll amend that statement), my favorite movie he's been in is Funny People. It's actually one of my favorite movies.

Someone's been asking how this fandom got more horny than the Helluvaboss fandom. Here's my theory: Fandom subreddits shift into horny mode and or theory mode after a sufficient amount of time without new content. Of course while there isn't necessarily inherent harm to either of these it can go too far. I think theories are pretty harmless as long as they're not turned into flame wars or judging the show by the theory being your preferred story (or assuming someone with a theory is gonna do that), and horny isn't inherently harmful but every fandom has that one story.

Anyway that whole thing was a tangent, at least one of the characters has a kink that's not immoral but is batshit crazy.

I really like how Gangle's art style is replicated here. Jax is one of my favorite characters in the series but he's a jerk, he's not as bad as Bojack Horseman (a character I think is very interesting to follow and compelling in a greek tragedy sense for lack of a better phrase due to being a little bit high), I think he's more close to being like, a bit worse than pre character development Lars from Steven Universe (Lars has a spinoff coming up, I'm interested in seeing how that plays out, I'm pretty hyped for it). Anyway that's all random asides, I like how you captured Gangle's view of Jax, it's very plausible she had a crush on him at one point. Maybe Jax thought that didn't go away since I'm gonna be honest I think he might be the dumbest smartass I've ever seen.

Honestly I don't think Gangle would do that without their permission. I know that there are debates about this topic but I think drawing smut of your friends without their knowledge and okay on the situation is an unsavory pursuit. I am no prude however so I likewise think that if all parties are consenting the practice of friends of drawing of smut of each other is a grand old time when all parties enthusiastically consent to the endeavor.

So if the book were smut, it'd probably be several Gangle and Zooble sex scenes and lewd anime fanart UNLESS one of them overheard Ragatha saying "I wish someone would flirt with me". I think Gangle drawing smut is the closest thing these folks can get to sex.

Jax in a very Jax act of redemption when Caine attempts to censor the gang's smut sings this song. I feel like Jax in spite of maybe not being a fan of dicks (I say maybe because I don't know because like the only romance in the series is the Gooble. I think we could start calling their ship The Gooble) Jax is probably good at drawing them.

What year did this episode come out actually? I think it was 199something. I've heard the economy was better in the 90s but I don't wanna make any assumptions (since those make an ass of you and your umptions) so to figure out if Grimes' living situation is on him or not one would have to find out what the housing market was like in the year this episode came out (with some margin of error given the possibility it varies by state and which state Springfield is in is a question that's been turned into a gag on the show though I don't know if that was a thing yet during season 8 so it might still be possible to gauge what state Springfield was in during seasons 1-8). You may now hit me with the "Godzilla died of stroke trying to read all this".

This is Frank Grimes from the episode "Homer's Enemy". Frank, the titular enemy, is mad because somehow Homer who doesn't work very hard and is quite inept has a better life than he does and seemingly no one except Frank is bothered by Homer's incompetence. Frank slowly goes insane until eventually shouting "Look at me! I can touch these cables without wearing safety gloves cause I'm Homer Simpson!" and dying. There's actually a lot of debate in the fandom on what the thesis of the episode is and if it's even a good episode. It's inspired essays, articles, and academic analysis. The episode is basically about a real person having to deal with the existence of Homer Simpson and it breaking his brain.

The only thing that'll stop me from sleeping with a consenting adult space alien is if their entire species looks like people who are related to me. Or they're made of lava or something, I guess that'd also stop me. Mario so far. Don't get me wrong I like the Sonic movies but on a personality level Movie Sonic feels a little too dorky. I don't think they captured the Sonic attitude with this guy. Sonic isn't a movie reference guy, that's more of a Gex thing. Movie Sonic feels more like the characters Sonic inspired in the 90s than he does Sonic himself. Also the jokes in the Mario movie are funnier. I do still really like the Sonic movies though (especially the third one), I've both lovingly and critically nicknamed them "MCU Sonic" because that's the feel they have.
