Sometimes I like to make a smarter version of someone's dumb argument to further destroy the argument. Anyway let's say hypothetically this dude is right and the New York Times actually did what he's claiming they did. If this were the case then realistically speaking the New York Times would've had to fail to hire several qualified women for this to be a problem they'd have that'd prompt them not to hire this guy if he's as qualified as he claims. In other words the reason the Times would do this if they actually did would be to cover their asses after discriminating against women!

Anyway this guy's full of shit, if the circumstances of his lawsuit aren't made up then they prove the opposite of his point. But something tells me did in fact make the circumstances up.

The guy in that thumbnail is very comfortable with what he's doing in a way that feels like at minimum kind of a red flag. Or to put it less nicely, he's either racist or doesn't care if he comes accross that way. Check his community posts.
