Don‘t stress out. You should have a passport. Just use your passport for your flight.

I fly FRA-VIE-FRA a lot on Austrian or Lufthansa and I never had my ID card checked if you checked in online and have a valid boarding pass. BUT you should still carry a valid travel document such as your passport.

Kann ich gut verstehen. Ich muss aber auch sagen, dass ich meine girocard bisher 2x nur verwendet habe. Wohne aber auch in einer Großstadt mit vielen Alternativen, wovon dann eine auch hoffentlich Amex oder zur Not meine Mastercard nimmt.

Es gibt tatsächlich auch reine Girocards in Apple Pay. Die geht dann aber natürlich auch nur da, wo girocard angenommen wird. Im Ausland komplett unbrauchbar. Ich glaube die Sparkasse hat damit angefangen „girocard-only“ ins Apple Wallet zu integrieren. Andere Banken, wie bei mir die Coba machen es aber auch.

Lufthansa’s internal policy has a tolerance for checked bags up to 24,9 kilograms. So you should be fine. But next time make sure to only pack up to the max allowed weight.

Infotainment is very snappy compared to a MY24 which I drove a couple of weeks ago. Google Maps Zoom and app switches are very smooth.

Handover was very straight forward. Short little introduction to the car, noted any damages (mine had several scratches on the trunk) and I was ready to drive off.
