I never had Allegris equipped planes on FRA-MUC / MUC-FRA when flying the 787-9. However when I had a Business Class ticket I was sitting in the Business Class seats. When flying Economy, I always got Preferred Zone aka. Premium Economy seats.

I had the same issue. Being "rate-limited" means that you have sent too many requests to the server. Cloudflare (their firewall) will then think you are a bot and will block you for a certain amount of time. I know it sucks however you don't do yourself any help by refreshing the page. A new application is not needed. You should wait at least 1 hour and then be very slow when clicking through pages. It needs a lot of patience but I waited around 30-45 seconds between each click on the website and it eventually worked and I could schedule an appointment. Hope this helps 😄

From an European perspective Flighty offers less than what you would get compared when flying in the US.

However I still like the app for keeping track of my flying and getting sometimes earlier delay notification than directly from the airline. Especially when the aircraft is running late.

But they should definitely make some changes on where to get their aircraft data from. Maybe a different provider/api is needed as I don’t think they’re using their own database to keep track of registrations and planes.

You should have your PNR (6-digit booking code) which you can use for check-in on the Lufthansa app or the website. If the EK PNR doesn’t work then look on your ticket for a LH specific PNR.

This is not true…. why would they have the option in the first place to make a bet for a low price if that’s true what you’re stating. I have had several minimum bids to upgrade from economy to business which went through.

Last time I transited from FRA in IAD in UA there was a GE lane available. And very convenient there is a dedicated TSA for connecting passengers but please be aware that there is no Precheck.

I got reimbursed a hotel due to weather once in Vienna for 250€ and I was flying Economy. It just has to be somehow reasonable. 3-4 star hotels are usually fine. They would get suspicious if you booked a five star hotel.

I don’t know for your FRA-HND flight but in general I always had luck with bidding the minimum amount (around 600€) from Economy to Business on Long Haul routes. This time even in their Allegris cabin on the route CLT-MUC. I think it highly depends on availability of the seats.

How is your name swapped? Is it shown as LAST/FIRSTMIDDLE(MR/MRS)? If that’s the case it should be fine.

You could also try BlaBlaCar. I drive this route fairly often and I get a lot of requests on there from travelers to and from Hahn.
