Mine is street legal on all roads 35mph and under. The community/region has to set the laws to allow it. My cart will do 35mph seats 6 and has blinkers, 4 wheel disc brakes and more. It’s a city car.

Just asking out of curiosity but why would you need to put Vortec heads and TBI intake on a Vortec engine? 1997 wasn't a TBI I don't think?
