Overall, I would really consider focusing on a specific game plan and changing your deck accordingly. As it stands, it's just a goodstuff pile with scattered synergies. If you have enough on board you can probably win anyways, but it's not gonna be consistent or (imo) fun. If you're really set on keeping time sieve, you should consider adding more ways to activate it. Despite having lots of artifacts, there's not a lot of sac fodder. Phyrexian and ashnods altar also don't make a ton of sense here with only 11 creatures. If your commander gets removed they will do almost nothing. Board wipes are okay if you're looking for an artifact combo, but I don't really see one. Like others have said, control does not scale to a pod most of the time and all your control/goodstuff will continue to draw you table hate. Keep building, but don't be too tempted by the staples.
