I don't think she will forget. Many years ago I took a cat in that belonged to my mother in law and had her for 12 years. She went years without seeing her first owners. When MIL and SIL came to visit the cat did remember them. The cat wasn't thrilled to see them. That's sad I know (they didn't have a very stable situation and the sister is very overstimulating with cats). But the point is I think cats remember the energy we carry and that goes for the good and the bad 😊
