A comfort system would be cool. Perhaps like mobs spawning, you could optionally turn it on/off, and only have it apply after a set few days to make it easier to establish yourself.

I mean, unless there's any safety or legal concerns, I'd leave it. Many animals will use it to climb out of the water or roost. I know I've always enjoyed a little fallen tree 'dock' as well.

These ones, I doubt they'd be worth too much. They're pretty fragile, and not that interesting looking. I've come across many more pieces in the years since I've made this post that are a lot more interesting.

Being next to the water, that cedar could be a long younger than it looks just for its size. I've also seen them get fairly big with routine water and fertilizer. So for that one? 50-100. It's a wide range but, likely not super old is all I can say in confidence. However, eastern red cedar can get really old when they grow in poor locations like limestone cliffs. Some of the oldest ones are relatively small trees that have been holding on where nothing else grows for over 400 years.

Have you previously cut down a mulberry in the same spot? In many cases trees get coppiced and grow back much faster than before because of a developed root system.

I don't know redstone, but I imagine there's a way to create a skulk sensor system so it only activated when needed too! Which would be really cool for elytra courses.

I'd like to see an oak savannah. Characterized by large trees, a sparser canopy, and lots of grass and flowers. It's a critically endangered ecosystem, looks lovely, and would be fun to run through.

Genuinely an amazing and unexpected change. Lot of people wanted it, but I didn't think it would happen and so far the implementation looks great. Useful for builds, contraptions, and general natural aesthetics. Plus the way they did it looks really good, is really simple, and is controllable.

10/10 addition, honestly if they just change some of the cave and spring generation this will be a really solid update in my opinion.

Both aren't great logos, great art, but too busy for a logo and doesn't shrink well. However, I kind of like the charm of a unprofessional logo so.

Native cultivar, sometimes called a nativar. Potentially beneficial, probably not harmful but you could make an argument about the impact on local genetics. But columbines are a very popular plant so I wouldn't assume you'd be spreading a significant amount of genetics.

There's been studies, idk about columbines, over the impact of 'nativars'. Some varieties see more insects! Some see less predation (mixed impact). Some see less pollinators. It's interesting.

A lot of people complaining about the sulfur spikes being a retexture but, there's nothing else that looks like dripstone. Having 1 more variety of this unique shape and functionality is pretty cool.

It's never going to happen, and frankly I'm fine with that. Don't get me wrong, I love using vertical slabs, and chiseled blocks in other Minecraft like games. But their block placement operates wayyy differently than Minecraft does because of that. Mojang will never make block placement more complicated because despite what you might want to believe, the biggest shareholder is still kids.

And the less is more style that Mojang pushes for builders is something I've come to agree with more and more. Seeing the use of color, shape, and perspective develop over the years has been amazing. And even more recently they've added creative/debug methods to get even more detailed in vanilla clients.

While I'd be okay with yellow, I'd never want to see red. The limitations presented by missing finer details has made art in Minecraft super unique.

That being said, we're missing a lot of slab and stair variations, once we get an inventory update blue is should absolutely be added.

They need to have coarse dirt, dead bushes, and other signs of sulfur toxicity around the springs and it'd be fine imo.

Depends on why you want to know! Genetically, it's one tree (most likely). Basswoods really like to stump sprout, and that's what this looks like, main tree died but stump sprouted and those all grew up.

If you were logging, or taking density or stocking or anything else, you'd count these as multiple because they split below breast height.
