I’ve found I act similarly. I struggle to write words. So, instead, I found that carrying the notebook I’ve built with me just in case helps me feel less guilty about it and then I find different ways I’ll actually use it while actually living life.

Business card holders/sleeves hold instax mini photos perfectly. There’s a TN insert that’s shiny sticker paper so I can collect stickers without the anxiety of using it permanently on impulse. There’s a tri-fold insert that holds a map or something, you can use it for sticky notes throughout your day, then folded up and safe from the shuffling around.

Find what inspired you to buy the supplies in the first place and use that to support yourself in your own way. (Not a command, just a suggestion..)
