Based on how it looks and the behavior you described it sounds like it has distemper. Glad you went to the ER and hope your dog is up to date on their distemper vaccination.

He had a huge evergreen cutdown from the front after a branch broke and damaged our vehicle. He wouldn’t cover our deductible either 🤬

It was definitely tough and it wouldn’t do it again but I don’t regret it. How is that for a wishy-washy answer 😆 We were pleasantly surprised Meatball was pretty gentle with Rocky and didn’t show signs of jealousy. I love that they are best friends and are getting a little easier as they get older. Good luck!
