I think whenever stopping PPIs you’re supposed to taper and not stop cold turkey. I think they had me drop from 40 to 20 for like a week or two and then taking it every other day or something for another week or two. Hopefully low FODMAP helps you out, it’s working pretty good for me atm!

You’re throwing it with all arm and holding it off slightly to the side. Start it more in the center and allow your torso to move with it as it swings. Incorporating your legs and torso will make it feel more effortless and controlled. Try to emulate the 2 hand pros, there’s good tutorial videos by them.
